We are a small, family owned business that has been serving Nebraska since 1984. What makes our ice cream different? We use real, authentic ingredients sourced from local farmers, chefs, and artisans. Our old school process produces ultra-premium 20% butterfat ice cream that is perfectly rich and has a one-of-a-kind personality.

Our process is everything.

We make every batch of ice cream the old fashioned way in century-old antique White Mountain freezers with rock, salt, and ice. Real, local ingredients combined with signature recipes to create a unique taste and texture that is second to none!

In addition to our classic flavors, we also have vegan, keto, and more adventurous options on the menu everyday.

 

IT’S ALL ABOUT THE INGREDIENTS

  • ULTRA-PREMIUM HOMEMADE ICE CREAM

    Our ice cream is considered ultra-premium because it is 20% butterfat, which makes it the highest butterfat ice cream you can find in the country. Our base is made from scratch using an original recipe with all-natural ingredients. The creaminess comes from real butterfat & eggs. No additives, artificial growth hormones, or any other nonsense. Just real, honest ingredients sourced as close to home as possible.

  • VEGAN OPTIONS

    Our vegan “ice cream” base is made from pure coconut milk, from scratch, with all-natural ingredients.

    Absolutely no dairy, eggs or animal products.

    Our sorbets are also vegan & made from scratch with fresh ingredients.

  • KETO

    Ultra-premium (20% butterfat), made from scratch using all-natural ingredients with an original recipe.

    All-natural sweeteners & only 8 grams (6 net) of carbohydrate/sugars per 1/2 cup serving.
